Good sleep every night is essential to your body's ability to heal and recharge itself. Avoid stimulants and heavy meals before you go to sleep.

5. How You Breathe
Clean, smoke-free air is also essential to permanent good health. If the air smells "bad," it's probably not healthy. Deep full belly breathing helps oxygenate and also relax your body.

6. What You Think
Your self-thoughts and self-talk are life changing. With a positive attitude there is possibility in everything and grace in everything. Find ways to think calming thoughts at home and work

7. How You Love
Nothing matters more than love. And self-love matters most. It is the necessary connection between the mind, body and breath. Learn to love yourself.
